Golden Cheff ("we", "us") runs goldencheff.com. This policy explains what we collect on this website and what we do with it. The Golden Cheff app will have its own privacy policy before it launches.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you join the early-access list.
- Whether you want to test the beta and which device you use, if you tell us.
- Where you came from (for example, a link on Instagram), taken from the link you clicked.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider records when anyone visits a website, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site today. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
How we use it
- To send your invite and news about Golden Cheff.
- To pick beta testers across different devices.
- To see which channels bring people to the site.
- To keep the site secure and running.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and send email: our web host (Cloudflare), our email service provider, and Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this site and receives your IP address when a page loads. They process data for us under their own terms.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you by emailing hello@goldencheff.com. Depending on where you live (California, for example), state law may give you additional rights. We'll respond within the time the law requires, and we won't treat you differently for making a request.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child gave us their email, write to us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll also tell people on the list by email.
